I Just Want to Draw… But I Have to Study

I don’t want to do math. I want to draw.

Lately, I feel creatively congested. My brain is screaming at me to sketch something, anything, but all I can do is push it aside and keep studying. I know I could take a quick break and crank out an emote, but let’s be real. One emote turns into two. Then I start refining the lines. Then I start playing with colors. And before I know it, I am deep in a whole new project, and my study session is gone.

It’s frustrating, but I keep reminding myself: just a little over a year left.  I’m almost there.
