We need to talk about episode 4 of Zenshu.

If you aren’t watching Zenshu, you should be. Natsuko is the kind of gremlin artist I am at heart, and I love her so much.

Episode 4 wrecked me. It went from dark, intense drama to… I can’t even say it without spoiling it. But it was a complete 180. Now it lives rent-free in my head. I was in tears!

This whole series is a love letter to the animation industry, and MAPPA is killing it. Episode 4 of Zenshu was one of the most perfect commentaries on the industry, the fans, and even casting. Just perfect.
