Commission Updates!

I’m so excited that commissions are finally moving through my content funnel at a fast, but manageable rate. After a few years of struggling to get my work-life balance under control and to get my mental health to a place where I feel like I can produce quality commission work again, I have finally come out on the other side stronger, more focused, and more motivated than ever.

I cannot thank everyone enough for their patience. There were times I honestly felt like a huge disappointment and this weighed heavily on me every day. Now, however, the backlog is completely caught up and I’m taking on new work that’s being completed within 30 days of acceptance.

This is right where I want commission work to be.

And one way I’ve done this is through tracking all commissions through a spreadsheet in Google Docs. I’d always had one going, but I made it more detailed and goal-driven so that I could stay on track better. I never close it either! It’s the first thing I see every day when I come into my studio to work, too. So, commissions are always on the top of my mind and they’re always the first thing I put on my schedule each week.

For the sake of transparency, I’ve also created a commission tracking spreadsheet that y’all can use too!

Over tne next few weeks, I’ll be slowly updating my website with updated and sale commission information as well as new products. After I finish doing that, I’ll add an FAQ and then… well… that will have to be a surprise!
